Wat is die DS160? | Jy doen aansoek vir jou H-2A visum op die U.S. Department of State se webwerf. Jy gaan daar ’n DS160 vorm moet invul. Ons by Farm4USA, stuur vir jou die nodige inligting asook die IOE-nommer (werkpermit nommer) sodra ons dit van USAFarmlabor af ontvang. Dit is jou verantwoordelikheid om jou eie DS-160 in te vul. Ons sal duidelike instruksies aan jou stuur om die vorm so vinnig as moontlik in te vul. Moet nie sloer met jou DS-160 nie - jy vertraag net jou eie proses. | What is the DS 160? | You apply for an H-2A visa on the US Department of State website. You go through the process of completing a DS160. We at Farm4USA send you the relevant information as well as the IOE number (work permit number) as soon as we receive it from USAFarmlabor. It is your responsibility to complete your own DS160. We will send you clear instructions as to how to complete the form as quickly as possible. Stap 2: Registreer op die Konsulaat website: | Gaan na die volgende webwerf om jou DS-160 te voltooi: https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx Om te begin: 1. Kies watter konsulaat jy gaan gebruik: Johannesburg, Kaapstad of Durban kies altyd die een naaste aan jou huis) 2. Kliek op “Start application” as jy vir die 1ste keer voltooi / "Retrieve application” as jy reeds die vorm voltooi het. 3. “Start application” – jou AA no sal regs in die middel van die bladsy wees.

To begin the process: 1. Consulate destination: Select your Consulate in South Africa: Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town (choose the one closest to you) 2. Click on "Start application" / “Retrieve application” if you have done one before. 3. “Start application” – your AA number will be in the centre of the page (to the right) TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR AA NUMBER OR WRITE IT DOWN. YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT A LOT!

VISA Aansoek Proses Opsomming: | 1. Voltooi jou DS-160 en maak seker jou informasie is reg. Jy gaan self 'sign and submit'. 2. Ons registreer jou op die VISA betaal sisteem en maak die betaling aan die konsulaat. 3. DHL sal gekontak word met die nodige informasie sodat jy hulle direk kan betaal vir die inpos en terug kry van jou dokumente. 4. Sodra alle nodige dokumente in is, sal jy ‘n email ontvang met als wat jy moet print en saam met jou paspoort en VISA grootte fotos na die DHL van jou keuse vat vir inpos konsulaat toe. (Onthou jou paspoort MOET geldig wees vir langer as 6 maande na die datum van jou terugkoms). Maak asb seker jou paspoort is geldig vir tenminste 2 jaar. 5. Die hele visa proses is elektronies en jy sal slegs genooi word vir ‘n onderhoud indien hulle iets in jou papierwerk optel of as jy ‘n kriminele rekord het. 6. Sodra jou visa goedgekeur is, sal dit by die konsulaat opgetel word deur DHL en terug besorg aan die DHL waar jy dit ingepos het. 7. Nadat jy jou Visa ontvang het, gaan ons as Agent jou bystaan met die nodige vlug reëlings asook om vir jou Versekering te reël en te help met enige covid navrae. Once you have completed your DS-160, please make sure all your information is correct before you "sign and submit" 2. We will register you on the VISA pay system and make a payment to the consulate once you have made payment to us. 3. DHL will be contacted with the necessary information, for your waybill to be generated for posting in and the return of your passport. 4. Once all the necessary documents have been received you will receive an email with the necessary documents that you need to print and together with your passport and VISA photos post in to the consulate. (Please make sure your passport is valid for MORE than 6 months after returning to SA) Make sure your passport is valid for another 2 years 5. The whole visa process is done electronically and you will only need to go in for an appointment if they pick up something in your paperwork or if you have a criminal record. 6. Once your visa is approved, the DHL at the consulate will collect your passport and it will be returned to the DHL office from where you posted-in. 7. After you receive your Visa, we as Agent will assist you to make the necessary flight arrangements as well as assist with the Insurance and any coved related question you might have.
